Iñigo Martinez: Good morning! It’s a pleasure to be here. The idea for Poseidon’s Paella was born out of my passion for Spanish cuisine and the desire to share authentic flavors with the community in San Diego. Having grown up in Spain, I developed a deep appreciation for paellas and traditional Spanish dishes. When I moved to San Diego, I saw an opportunity to introduce this culinary experience to a new audience.
Journalist: That’s wonderful! How has the importance of your culinary knowledge evolved over the years, especially in the context of entrepreneurship?
Iñigo Martinez: Over the years, my culinary knowledge has been instrumental in shaping Poseidon’s Paella into what it is today. I’m grateful for the support of our clients, team members, and the culinary community in San Diego. This birthday serves as a reminder of our accomplishments and fuels my passion to continue elevating Poseidon’s Paella to new heights.

Iñigo Martinez: We’re constantly exploring new ideas to enhance our offerings and provide unique experiences for our clients. We also plan to collaborate with local businesses and artisans to showcase the best of San Diego’s culinary scene.
